Please let your stylist know if you are time restricted. Koko reserves the right to cancel non-confirmed appointments. We require 48 hours cancellation notice. We offer a SMS appointment reminder service, and are also available 24 hours on Facebook and Instagram messenger. We take a $50 appointment deposit on all new client bookings – this is redeemed against your visit and is required 48 hours prior to appointment. Any no showed appointments forfeit this deposit. Koko also reserves the right to charge $50 for any appointments made and unattended.
