Your time is precious, and so is ours.
Deposits
We ask for a $50 deposit to secure every colour appointment. It comes off your bill on the day, and if you rebook, it moves to your new appointment. If you don’t attend, the deposit is forfeited.
Changes and cancellations
Please give us 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. We send an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment, and you can reach us on Facebook and Instagram around the clock. We may cancel appointments that haven’t been confirmed.

We offer a 100% guarantee on all our products and services. If for any reason you’re not completely delighted, let our Salon Coordinator know within 7 days.
